COVID-19 Shipment Updates
Until further notice, you may experience shipping delays of up to 28 business days with our Standard Shipping option. The delays are being seen with all parcels entering from outside the country, as the customs facilities are currently backed up due to their new safety/sanitation processes and are only clearing as many parcels as they can - SAFELY - per day.
These delays can range from minor to significant (10-28 business days) so if you do select Standard Shipping, please remain patient and understand that your parcel will be delivered as soon as possible.
The delays are not currently affecting orders with Expedited Shipping because they do not come from outside of the country.
We would recommend selecting Expedited Shipping at checkout during this time to avoid shipment delays - but if you do want to save a little money and don't mind the wait, Standard Shipping is still a very reliable option and you can rest completely assured that all parcels will be delivered, despite any delay 💛
